The case work is poplar with a Sitka Spruce soundboard. Keyboards are offered in bone, ebony, rosewood, or walnut with black or bone-tipped hardwood sharps. The soundboard is fully decorated in the French or Flemish style. The case is gold leafed and banded with marbling available on the Franco-Flemish model. A Louis XV cabriole stand, a fully turned 8 legged stand, and a 10 legged baluster stand are available. The matching bench is similarly finished in the appropriate style. The case and bench are hand painted with enamel and hand rubbed varnish. A trestle stand many be ordered at lower cost. |
